Can i bring a drink with me?

Sure! Bring a drink or whatever you need. I will have a few drink sections but being comfortable is key.
 

What if I am late?

Aren’t we all sometimes. I will give you a good 15 minutes before cancelling the session or class. No shows will incur a fee but you get one freebie.
 

What if I see you outside of the office?

I will not acknowledge you unless you do. So don’t think I am ignoring you, it is just confidentiality is key with me.
 

Do i have to make small talk before and after the session?

No at all. If you would rather just end in the back office, just let me know. I will probably ask a few preference questions the first visit so you are comfortable.
 

How is payment handled?

I have a payment system through the online program where you can imput any credit card. At this time I am not on insurance panels. I don’t accept checks or e-checks.
